Korean Air Introduces Arrival Spa Service
|Korean Air has introduced 'KAL Premium Arrival Spa Service', offering First and Prestige (Business) Class passengers arriving on international flights at Seoul's Incheon International Airport complimentary use of showers and saunas at the nearby Hyatt Regency Incheon Hotel.|
Upon arrival, eligible passengers can take a free shuttle bus from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, just a few minutes away. Large luggage can be left at the hotel's Concierge Desk. Passengers then can proceed to the Club Olympus (fitness center) on the hotel's second floor and present identification and their boarding pass. Both dry and wet saunas are available as well as private shower stalls and cold and hot bathtub facilities.. The Spa service is offered from 5 a.m. until 11 a.m.
This is just another way Korean Air is making an effort to provide exceptional service to its premium class passengers. For example, Korean Air's Premium Care Service for First Class passengers at Incheon airport includes the exclusive service of a Korean Air staff member to accompany and guide passengers from the check-in counter to the boarding gate. There is also a baggage wrapping service using plastic covers to protect baggage against potential damage during flight.
These services are all part of Korean Air's program to ensure that premium travelers enjoy their journey with Korean Air in comfort and style.
