"We are delighted to welcome our newest North American partner, Thrifty Car Rental, into the Gold Points Rewards family," said Diana Fletcher, president of Gold Points Canada. "We are confident that this partnership will be mutually beneficial for not just both companies, but for all of the Gold Points partners and cardholders across the U.S. and Canada."
In addition to Thrifty Car Rental, consumers can earn Gold Points at more than 1,500 partner locations in the U.S. or Canada or online at 24k.com while shopping or booking air, car or hotel.
These points can be redeemed online for rewards like great travel packages, airline miles, books and videos, or offline for hotel stays, dining certificates, rentals from Thrifty and more.
"Thrifty Car Rental is extremely pleased to be a partner in the Gold Points Rewards Program," said Brian Carpenter, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Advertising for Thrifty. "Thrifty has long capitalized on being the value leader in the industry, but Gold Points allows us to go one step further by rewarding customers every time they rent from us. No other frequency-based program awards its members with such a wealth of products and services. Gold Points is just one more reason to come back to Thrifty."
