 The Hertz Corporation has signed a multi-million dollar agreement, making it a premier car rental sponsor on America Online . To kick off the new sponsorship, Hertz has developed an exclusive car-class upgrade offer for AOL members.
AOL members will be eligible to receive a one-car class upgrade when booking Hertz through America Online's Travel Channel. The one-car class upgrade is available on compact through full-size vehicles, with a maximum upgrade of a premium class vehicle. This promotion is available through June 30, 1999.
Hertz' presence on America Online features banner advertising through America Online's Travel Channel, which highlights Hertz' traditional special offers, promotions and car rental deals.
Hertz advertisements will be strategically placed throughout AOL's Travel Channel and allow AOL members to view current Hertz specials that can be booked using AOL keyword: Hertz.
