The HKCEC has frozen a range of rental and service fees to demonstrate its support for the exhibition industry as part of Hong Kong's wider comeback campaign. Rental rates and other packages will remain unchanged across the board in 2004, whilst most events taking place in August and December 2003 and February 2004 will benefit from discounts of up to 35 per cent.
