National Wine Centre Event Brings Dreamtime 2015 Adelaide Programme To A Spectacular End
|After experiencing the best of South Australia's business events offering over the course of two days,|
Dreamtime 2015 buyers bid farewell to Adelaide at a specially designed dinner at the National Wine Centre of Australia.
The event celebrated South Australia through the stories of its people, and their incredible passion and commitment to their home. Brought to life via three short films screened at the dinner, in which proud South Australians demonstrated the combination of creativity, innovation, and heritage that makes Adelaide and South Australia unique.
Dinner guests were greeted on arrival at the National Wine Centre of Australia by global airline partner Virgin Australia's ground crew, and were able to sample the airline's signature Espresso Martini, accompanied by Coffin Bay oysters, shucked to order.
As the night unfolded, the Entrée was introduced to guests via a vignette featuring Dr Hagan Stehr AO, founder of Clean Seas Hiramasa Kingfish in Port Lincoln and Australia's only commercial producer of Kingfish.
Ben Bryant, Chief Winemaker of Jacob's Creek, spoke to attendees of the heritage of this iconic winery, and took them through the tasting notes of Centenary Hill Shiraz. Lastly, Chocolatier Steven ter Horst spoke about his passion for quality, for South Australian produce, and for chocolate, before guests were treated to his impressive degustation dessert table.

Dreamtime 2015 attendees now head off to other Australian destinations for three day educational visits, where they will experience the business events offering of Cairns, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney.
