Rendezvous Hospitality Group Announces Seven Management Changes
|Rendezvous Hospitality Group (RHG) has announced seven management changes as it strengthens its Australian team in the latest step of the Group's transformation.|
Nicole Woolfe, who was formerly Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, has been appointed as Vice President, Sales and will oversee all sales aspects of revenue generation capability and performance. Nicole is well connected in all key market segments, with over 15 years experience in sales and marketing with Australian and New Zealand hotels.
Zsuzsanna Albrecht, who was Director Distribution, is now Vice President Distribution & Marketing, a role that complements her previous experience. With 14 years in hospitality, Zsuzsanna has held many positions within the industry, having previously worked in Germany for Grand City Hotels & Resorts, Ramada Hotels and Holiday Inn.
Shirley Dodt is continuing in her role as Director Leisure Sales.
James Blanchett has been appointed Associate Director National Sales Corporate & MICE. Formerly Manager National Corporate Sales, James comes from a strong sales background, with extensive experience including Business Development Manager roles at InterContinental Sydney and the Grace Hotel Sydney.
Wendy Hill is Associate Director Brand Marketing, given her management of the brand activity and transformation for RHG since joining mid last year. Wendy has extensive industry experience, having held positions with premium hotel brands across head office, regional office and hotel levels both in Australia and London.
Tim Birley joins as Associate Director MICE. Tim possesses a wealth of industry experience from both the Australian and New Zealand markets, his last three sales positions were with Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Couran Cove Island Resort and Rydges Hotels.
Newcomer Pooja Peeters joins RHG as Manager Distribution, bringing her industry experience including work with HotelClub, over four years with Four Seasons Hotel Sydney and more than four years with InterContinental Hotels in Dubai and Muscat.
Katie Finlay is moving into the Coordinator Marketing role, from her previous position as Coordinator Sales & Marketing. Katie has hotel experience in sales and marketing support roles including working at Radisson Blu St. Helen's Hotel in Ireland and Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific in Sydney.
Announcing the appointments, Eric Teng, Chief Executive Officer, welcomed the structural changes as part of RHG's ongoing transformation. "These structural changes are the latest step in our commitment to growth. We are dedicated to being the hotel group of choice for the discerning traveller for business or leisure," Mr Teng said.
In light of this growth, on 3rd September the RHG Sydney Regional Office will move locations from Level 8, 36 Carrington Street Sydney to Level 6, 23-25 O'Connell Street Sydney. All contact numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged.
