New General Manager For Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar, Jakarta

 Swiss-Belhotel International has announced the appointment of Mr. Sylvain Croise as General Manager for Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar, Jakarta. Mr. Croise is replacing the previous General Manager, Mr. Christopher MacLean, who has been promoted to a new position as Area General Manager Bali of Swiss-Belhotel International.

Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar is ideally situated in the heart of Jakarta's China Town, which is adjacent to the prominent Mangga Besar and Mangga Dua business districts that are both well-known for their modern shopping malls and entertainment centres, and also as centres of international trade. The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from Ancol amusement park,10 minutes drive from Jakarta International Trade Fair Kemayoran, and 30 minutes drive from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Mr. Croise has recently been a Resort Manager for a five-star resort in Malaysia. Prior to that, Mr. Croise was engaged for five years as General Manager for a sea cruise company which operates a fleet of luxury schooners and super yachts. This followed his engagement as General Manager for an international resort hotel in Bali. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Croise was engaged by Swiss-Belhotel International, first as General Manager for Hotel Ciputra Semarang, and then as General Manager for Hotel Ciputra Jakarta. During his almost 30 years career in hotels and hospitality, Mr. Croise has previously held the position of General Manager and other senior management positions at leading international chain hotels in the United Kingdom, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, in addition to a number of senior management positions in Indonesia.
