Advito Expands Travel Benchmarking Services In Multiple Languages
|Advito, the independent consulting division of BCD Travel, has announced the expansion of the sought-after eValuation Service to three additional languages. The Service, now available in English, German, French and Spanish, is the industry's most comprehensive travel management benchmarking service. This expansion|
reinforces Advito's continuous commitment to deliver value-added advisory services on a global level and to gather data that support quantifiable, unbiased decision-making.
"The feedback we have received to date has been very positive. Clients participating in the survey feel that they received valuable and actionable recommendations from the process," said Mary Ellen George, general manager of Advito. "With the addition of multiple languages, we anticipate that the survey will further serve our global and regional client base."
Advito's eValuation Service integrates travel agency supplier and client data from over 400 global organisations with additional qualitative and quantitative information gathered via an online survey. The proprietary eValuation Service then analyses each participant's travel programme in six key categories and thirty six sub-categories as compared to industry best practices and the programmes of other companies similar in size, region and/or industry. The benchmarking results are presented in an in-depth eValuation Report that provides actionable recommendations for improvement.
The expansion follows discussions with clients who have expressed the wish to complete the online benchmark survey in their native language. The expanded service provides full translation within a user-friendly and market-adapted product. Advito's eValuation service fills the need for timely and concrete travel management data, helping organisations around the world take their travel management programmes to a higher level, demonstrate value to senior executives and benchmark policies, procedures and rates against industry best practices.
"This is also as an opportunity for us to build stronger relationships with our clients in local markets," noted Maria Chevalier, Advito's vice president of global business intelligence. "Additionally, we recognised the value to continuously gather global data and improve the size and scope of the eValuation Service database. This, in turn, will provide our clients with a more powerful benchmarking tool."
