FCm Partners With Siam Express Travel Services, Thailand

 FCm Travel Solutions has established a new partnership agreement with one of the top 10 travel companies in Thailand, Siam Express Travel Services Co Ltd.

FCm's general manager Asia Pacific, Suyin Lee, said she welcomed the company to FCm's regional network, which currently spans 16 countries.

"Siam Express Travel Services is a locally respected and awarded business that has a strong family history and a reputation for its market knowledge and service standards," she said.

Formed in 2002, Siam Express Travel Services is part of the Siam Express Group, which was originally established in 1960 by the Pirapokin family. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, and has three business travel centres - in Bangkok , Amatanakorn and Navanakorn.

Siam Express Travel Services employs 45 people and services clients across a broad range of industries. It has particular experience in travel management for the Japanese electronics manufacturing sector, and offers Japanese-speaking travel consultants.

The company provides a wide range of services, including a specialised MICE team offering extensive experience in organizing transfers, sightseeing, group tours and events for both individual travellers and companies.

It is also a destination management company for a number of travel agencies in Europe, UK, US, Japan and South Africa, managing inbound leisure travel on behalf of these agencies.

The company has also won multiple Top Agent Awards, including those from carriers such as Thai Airways International, Japan Airlines, United Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

Siam Express Travel Services' General Manager, Ikuro Kato, said the company partnered with FCm because it saw a high level of compatibility between FCm's and Siam Express's customer-oriented and service culture.

"We recognize that FCm's strengths and global coverage, as well as its service culture, are very similar to Siam Express's. We believe that the partnership will be mutually beneficial and are now working together in gaining market share both locally and regionally.
