Sixt Rent A Car Expands To Asia
|The mobility services provider Sixt AG has signed on its first Asian Franchise Partner in Thailand. Sixt, Germany's largest car rental company, signed agreements with Thailand's VIG Car Rent who will launch the Sixt operation in July 2005. |
Sixt will first launch 3 stations in Bangkok, Phuket and Ko Samui and will expand to a presence in all major cities in Thailand. The company will also offer a full spectrum of mobility services, including short-term car rental, limousine services and fleet management solutions for corporate accounts.
Sixt is already in negotiations with potential franchise partners in other Asian countries and expects to sign several new Franchisees over the next few months.
