National Car Rental Continues To Invest In Middle East Operations
|National Car Rental's Middle East operations continue to be a major success story for the leading rental provider, as it adds further investment into its network in the region. Growth in the Middle East is fuelled by stability and commercial confidence in the region, which presents considerable opportunities for National to increase cross border business, particularly focused on the corporate traveller. |
The Kuwait Franchise recently opened a new headquarters to administer five locations in Kuwait. Staffed by both sales and operations personnel, the office will further enhance National's services for travellers to Kuwait. The UAE has also seen further development with the opening of two city centre locations in the capital of Abu Dhabi and an in terminal operation at Abu Dhabi Airport. A further branch in the northern Emirate of Sharjah will also open in 2006.
In a bid to further enhance convenience and accessibility for customers across the region, National's Qatar franchise is currently completing plans to build the country's top facility. The new location will
Qatar also increased its fleet from 890 to 1,100 in 2005. Key additions have been made to the Nissan and Renault ranges, including the new Pathfinder and Tiiba and the Armada and Murano - giving travellers the ultimate choice for both business and leisure journeys.
