National Signs New Deal To Support Air France/KLM Flying Blue Programme

 National Car Rental has signed a new three year agreement to support Flying Blue, the world's biggest frequent flyer programme, with over 11 million members and operated by Air France/KLM. This builds on the well established relationship between National in France and Air France, which has been extended following the airline's recent merger with KLM.

The new agreement sees benefits for both the business and leisure traveller, including the ability to earn frequent flyer miles with Flying Blue whenever they rent a vehicle with National. Every member of the programme will receive 100 frequent flyer miles per day on every National rental, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive days or 600 miles.

Flying Blue members will also benefit from additional special promotions with National during 2006. The next of these, to run in March and April offers Flying Blue members the chance to earn double frequent flyer miles whenever they rent.-- that's 200 miles per day, up to a maximum of 6 days. So they could earn up to a massive 1,200 miles.

In addition, National Car Rental customers who are Flying Blue members but are not using a National corporate rate can get up to 20% discount off car rental anywhere in the world, simply by quoting promotion code 8572130.
