National Top Rental Provider At Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
|National Car Rental has topped a recent survey of rental providers conducted by an independent research company at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. With passenger numbers totalling over 44 million* every year, Schiphol is the fourth busiest airport in Europe and a major hub for international business travellers. The survey offers a true insight into the level of service delivered to travellers and National is the overall top performer, scoring particularly highly in terms of staff expertise and friendliness. |
34% of customers described National's overall performance as 'excellent' with 59% describing it as 'high'. National was one of only two rental providers whose overall service didn't even rate in the 'low' or 'very low' categories. Service quality on the Schiphol Plaza desk was examined with 61% rating the clarity of instructions from National as 'high' and 40% stating staff expertise as 'excellent' with 50% describing the level of friendliness as the same.
The survey also revealed that National's service at the rental parking facility is a cut above the competition, with waiting times scoring 50% 'excellent' and 50% 'high'. In addition, 64% of respondents saw staff expertise as 'high', with 59% stating the desk location as 'high'.
