Hertz Europe Improves Online And Phone Booking Processes

 Hertz has acted on customer feedback and made it even easier to choose and reserve a car by enhancing its website with feature rich content and upgrading its telephone reservations process. Customers can now enjoy a faster and simpler registration and booking experience, with even more special offers and travel and holiday advice.

The improved website,, enables customers to cancel and change prepaid bookings online, without the need to call Hertz. A new memory function allows visitors to leave the reservation process midway and return to it later, through a 'My Reservation' link. The automated system enables Hertz to process calls more effectively while still maintaining a high customer satisfaction level. A second phase of automation enhancements will see the introduction of modifications to existing rentals, such as dates, time, location and the addition of optional extras.
