Survey Places Alamo In Top 5 Contact Centres In The UK
|Alamo Rent A Car operates one of the top five contact centres in the UK, according to a recent survey conducted by Call Centre Focus magazine. The magazine surveyed 25 leading household, high street and professional names and Alamo came very close to the top, in fourth place. This is an illustration of Alamo's ongoing commitment to customer service for customers and agents booking car rental across the globe.|
The Call Centre Focus 'Barometer' aims to measure where contact centre staff go beyond the call of duty leaving a customer satisfied and wanting to call again. One call per day is made to the customer services line of each organisation and the quality of the service is measured using a points system for quality of welcome, handling of enquiry, response to the enquiry, etc. Alamo was in the top 10 for every single category, which reflects its focus on delivering a comprehensive service.
