National Car Rental Wins Ireland's Best Service Excellence Award
|National Car Rental is setting the standard for quality, as it wins Ireland's Best Service Excellence Award 2004. In 2003, National was the first car rental organisation in Ireland to win the coveted award. National has received the accolade for the second consecutive year, which is a reflection of its ongoing commitment to providing a first class service to its customers in Ireland and all over the world. |
Developed by CERT, Ireland's government training body for people in tourism, the award programme recognises and rewards organisations for implementing and delivering service excellence. Only companies that complete the rigorous training and assessment go on to receive the accreditation.
Tony Lenehan, head of Enterprise Development at Fáilte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Authority comments on the award, "Congratulations to the management team and staff at National Car Rental who continue to demonstrate their commitment to the pursuit of excellence. It is a fantastic feat to receive the award for a second consecutive year and is testimony to National's focus on the delivery of service excellence."
Jerry O'Riordan, Managing Director of National in Ireland says of the award, "We are delighted to have won the Ireland's Best award for the second year running. The competition is always very tough and I am glad to see we are still out in front. This award has important significance for National Car Rental in its efforts to attract new business around the world. We are the first and only Car Rental Company in Ireland to achieve this prestigious award. Ireland is a very important part of National's global network and we will continue to deliver "Service Excellence" to all our customers."
