DUKES LONDON Named 'World's Leading Classic Hotel 2015' at World Travel Awards
|DUKES LONDON has announced its success at the World Travel Awards, hosted this year on Saturday 12th December in Morocco, with the luxury five-star hotel being awarded the prestigious title of 'World's Leading Classic Hotel 2015.'|

This award marks yet another professional achievement for the Mayfair hotel and for Debrah Dhugga, one of the few female Managing Directors of London's boutique five-star hotels. Having directed some of the North East's most successful companies, Dhugga is renowned for the strategic management style and business development that she now brings to the DUKES brand. Matthew Drinkwater, Hotel Operations Manager who recently joined the DUKES team, was proud to collect the award on behalf of the hotel at the WTA Grand Final Gala Ceremony held in Morocco. The World Travel Awards acknowledge, reward, and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry. Today, the WTA brand is recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, with winners setting the benchmark to which all others aspire. The annual programme is renowned as the most prestigious and comprehensive in the travel and tourism industry.
Of the hotel's recent win, Debrah also added, "We are excited to take DUKES's award-winning experience to DUKES DUBAI, located on the Palm Jumeirah, which is scheduled to open in September 2016."
