The picturesque 11,000 square foot Great Hall of the Pacific lobby features three colorful exhibits that can accommodate a reception/cocktail party for 750 people (650 seated). In conjunction with the lobby, the adjacent and spacious outdoor California Terrace can accommodate a reception for 200 people and offers views of Rainbow Harbor, the Downtown skyline and Queen Mary oceanliner. For a unique event experience that will mystify and enlighten guests to the wonders of the Pacific Ocean, the entire aquarium can accommodate groups approximately 1,500 or more.

Housed in a 1912 mansion and featuring a sculpture garden and a wonderful art collection, the Museum of Art provides a unique setting for receptions and private parties, etc. A new 12,000-square foot building was completed in September, which accommodates the Museum's primary exhibition space, including a large ocean view room for meetings, lectures and receptions for up to 170 people. The sculpture garden can accommodate a reception up to 950 people and the Board Room and Gallery can accommodate a reception up to 50 people.
