| The Pink Beach Club located in Tucker's Town, Bermuda, invites companies seeking a chic haven for small-size corporate retreats and executive meetings to book their group during 2010 to receive up to 20% off room rates as well as 20% off meeting space rentals and a complimentary Rum Swizzle party. Groups that book 10 rooms or more will receive a 20% discount off room rates which includes daily breakfast, afternoon tea and a five-course gourmet dinner nightly. Those booking less than ten rooms will enjoy a 10% discount. All corporate groups will receive a 20% discount on meeting space rentals in Pink Beach Club's new meetings facilities. Corporate groups will also enjoy a private dinner and Rum Swizzle party in an Oleander Suite or another location of choice. Pink Beach Club features three meeting spaces - the Oleander, Palmetto and Club Rooms - all located on the upper level of the resort's private Club House, all of which were recently added to the properties facilities. Depending on seating configuration, each meeting space can accommodate between 12 - 40 individuals. The newly-designed rooms feature walls in a soft palette and custom-made carpets accented with beamed ceilings, dark cedar wood doors with brass hardware, wall sconces and chandeliers in typical Bermudian style that provide a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The Oleander and Palmetto rooms can be adjoined, affording one room for meetings with the neighboring room serving as a convenient location for group breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks. The Club Room is located next door and can be used as an office or smaller break-out room. All audio-visual requirements can be met including use of televisions, DVD players, LCD projectors and tele-conference equipment.
