The Iconic Empire State Building Offers Exclusive Event Spaces

 The Empire State Building (ESB), which recently underwent a more than $550 million renovations and modernization program to restore the building to its former Art Deco grandeur, now offers exclusive spaces available for events. For the first time, companies are now able to rent a number of spaces for corporate functions at the world-famous landmark including holiday parties, breakfasts, luncheons, presentations, networking and speaking events, etc. As the most unique and iconic venue in New York City, the world's most famous office building offers guests unmatched views of the city, as well as a world-class dedicated events team to assist in seamlessly developing functions. The following spaces are available at the Empire State Building:

Full-Floor Option With 360-Degree Views -- ESB's full-floor event space is perfect for a truly customizable event experience, offering spectacular 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline. The space has a loft-like layout and is a "blank canvas" to allow for transformation and decoration according to specific needs.

Guest Capacity: 300.

80th Floor -- For an elegant, authentic New York experience, the 80th floor offers impressive views of lower Manhattan amidst a modern Art Deco-inspired setting.

Guest Capacity: Cocktail reception -- 150-175; Dinner -- 70; Conference/Theater-Style Seating (with standing room) -- 150.

2nd Floor Sustainability Exhibit -- Symbolizing innovation and progress, this event space showcases the building's ground-breaking retrofit with a multimedia exhibit, ideal for energy efficiency or sustainability-related events.

Guest Capacity: 500, depending on event layout.

86th Floor Observatory -- While the Observatory is not available for booking, at an additional cost, arrangements can be made to obtain access to the world-famous Observatory during clients' events.
