The Travel Industry Executive Women's Network (TIEWN) 2nd Annual Conference

The Travel Industry Executive Women's Network will hold its 2nd annual Global Leadership Forum on January 28, 2015 in Los Angeles. The Network serves to uphold the discussion of women in high-powered roles across the travel & hospitality industries. A distinctive value of attending the event is the ongoing discussion after the Forum wherein the distinct role of executive women will remain in focus through various TIEWN channels, providing continuous community support.

Some of the topics being discussed at the Forum include: What factors either hinder or support advancement of women to executive positions in our industry; why employers should have a more diverse employee base on the top levels of the company and what having a woman's perspective does to the bottom line; why the importance of supporting other women and being supported as well as paying-it-forward represents best practice.

She shares her experiences over the past 25 years, making it clear that the road to success includes being an engaged member of a group such as TIEWN. As an active member, an important factor is attending conferences and participating in on-line discussions.

"We've added more than 835 members to the network during the last year", stated Kiradjian. "It shows how strong this network is and how being actively engaged with not only each other, but with global members can affect positive changes in an entire industry and is ultimately a recipe for success."

Attendees will be engaged in an afternoon of educational thought-provoking speakers and quality networking, taking place at the classic Palm Restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Generous host of the event - The Palm -- will supply warm, comfortable ambience and a gourmet lunch. After ample time to meet & greet with fellow attendees, the conference will kick into high gear - featuring a group of notable, influential executive women.
