GOGO International Expansion Ready For Take-Off

 WHOLESALE travel giant GOGO Worldwide Vacations is set to embark on a new era of international growth. For the first time, GOGO will expand internationally, with the brand to be launched in Canada early in 2009.

The Canadian expansion will consolidate GOGO's position as one of North America's largest travel wholesalers and follows the launch of its Worldwide Collection, an unrivalled tour, hotel and resort range that is now available to its travel agency partners.

"This is an exciting development for GOGO and for Canada's retail travel agents, who will now have access to the brand's strong global wholesale product range," GOGO Worldwide Vacations president Dean Smith said.

"Our aim is to build on GOGO's long record of success in the United States by delivering exceptional customer service and exciting new global product offerings to Canadian travel agents.

"In the Canadian and US markets, we will proactively work with our suppliers and our agency partners to develop and promote attractive product offerings."

To establish GOGO's Canadian presence, parent company Flight Centre Limited's Infinity Holidays wholesale businesses in Toronto and Vancouver will be rebranded GOGO. Together, the two businesses will employ about 400 people.

Stavros Kotsireas, currently Infinity's leader in Canada, will continue to run the Canadian wholesale business following the rebranding.

"We look forward to joining with GOGO and bringing our enhanced and expanding global product range to Canadian travel agents," Mr. Kotsireas said.

"Like GOGO, we are committed to proactively working with our travel agency partners to help grow their businesses."

GOGO currently services almost 20,000 travel agents from its United States locations. Infinity services Flight Centre Limited's Canadian businesses and other travel agency groups.
