Kimberly Waters, Signature's vice president, national sales & member engagement, says, "I'm excited about the variety of agencies that have become members this year as well as the number of recent inquiries from potential new members. I think it's a positive reflection of the state of the industry; it shows agency owners' optimism about the future and the importance of aligning themselves with a member-focused, member-owned organization like Signature."
"The best thing about joining Signature is seeing how excited my team is," states owner of Legacy Travel, Philip Banks. "When they discover a new Signature tool, or a Signature preferred supplier helps them close a challenging trip, my agents are quick to announce it to the entire office. Before joining, I believed that Signature performed a better job than the typical consortia did, but I had no idea what a fantastic organization it is. The marketing, technology, destination specialists, and staff give member agencies a competitive advantage. We are all very excited about what the future holds."
Bob Miller, owner of Seven Lands & Seas Travel, states, "Cutting edge technology, depth of resources, spectacular client amenities across a broad spectrum of cruises, and world-class hotels and resorts. These are some of the attributes that define Signature, and they are the tools that will enhance our ability to deliver to our clients amazing vacation experiences. They also are the reasons we are thrilled to become a Signature member."
"One of Signature's greatest strengths is the diversity of the membership, and this year's list of new members represents an exceptional range of successful companies from across the country. It's wonderful that they are all able to attend the Owners' Meeting, so they can experience the incomparable camaraderie that exists within Signature," states Alex Sharpe, Signature's president and CEO.
